For urgent or business-critical issues, please call instead of emailing.
Requesting Quotes for
New Hardware or Software
We use an electronic quote and proposal system to process all quotes for new hardware, software, or IT services. When you request a quote, you will receive it via email with a link to review and approve it.
Approving Quotes:
- Click on the link provided in the email.
- Review the details and pricing.
- Electronically sign the quote to approve it.
- Once signed, our team will proceed with the order.

Billing & Payments
neKey uses Wise Pay for secure and streamlined payment processing.
- We do not accept paper checks and we send all invoices by email.
- Your billing contact will be receiving an onboarding email from Wise Pay to set up an account and store a preferred method of payment.
- Make payments through Wise Pay by logging into https://secure2.wise-sync.com.
- Set up automatic payments, change preferred method, or view invoice history in Wise Pay.
